Acidum hydro flour 3x: Burning in urethra. Sexual passion and desire increased with erections at night, Useful in swollen scrotum. 

Hammamelis 3x:  Pain in spermatic cord, running into testes, Tired feeling in arms and legs. Very sore muscles and joints. Great value in open, painful wounds, with weakness from loss of blood

Adult: 2 tablets

Children: 1 tabler 3 to 4 times daily
